8.4 The Contract sets out the entire agreement and understanding between the parties relating to the subject matter and supersedes all previous arrangements, whether written, oral, or both, relating to such matter. EPRS may make modifications or amendments to the Contract terms and conditions by posting a copy of the amendments to the Customer. Any request for Services after the amendments have been disclosed will be undertaken on the amended terms.
8.5 If any provision of these Terms is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision must, to the extent required, be severed from these Terms and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these Terms and must not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these Terms.
